Sal's Recommends:
For Levels 85-99:
1] Monkfish in the Piscatoris Fishing Colony. You get a full inventory every 4-5 minutes at level 85.
2] Sharks - the Fishing Guild or to Jatizso. Jatizso has a bank closer.
Runescape Wikia Recommends:
For Levels 62-99:
Monkfish @ level 62 and give more experience [120xp] than sharks [110xp] unless you have shark gloves [210xp].
Puddleglum's Notes: I used admiral's pies [+5 fishing] at level 81 to quicken the pace.
