Morphic Tool (Proto-tool)
Costs 20 Points.
The Morphic tool is an mini-tool which can change into one of several different tools. You can command it to turn into a pickaxe, hatchet, butterfly net, hammer, knife, harpoon, or needle. These are used exactly the same as a normal tool, but provide a boost that doubles (2x) the experience you would ordinarily gain while using it. It has a level 40 skill requirement. It lasts for a certain amount of xp gained as that type of tool. Once all charges in this tool are used, it will disintegrate, and you will have to get a new one.
Volatile Tool
Costs 20 Points.
The Volatile tool is similar to the Morphic tool, but you do not choose which tool it transforms into. However, it provides a boost that more than doubles (2.2x) the experience you would ordinarily gain while using it. When you command it to change, it will randomly turn into a pickaxe, hatchet, butterfly net, hammer, knife, harpoon, or needle. If you do not wish to use that random tool, you can "sacrifice" 1/10th of the charges to get another random tool. You must have level 40 in the related skill to use the tool. The time you can use the tool depends upon your level in the skill; then it will return to its natural form. After ten changes, it will disintegrate.

Sacred Clay Armour and Weapons

Any weapon and full armor set costs 108 points total.
Each peice may be recharged for 20 points ea or 80 total.
Wearing all pieces makes the double experience points last 4 times longer as all deplete equally.

Melee set requires lvl 40 Def / 40 Atk for weapon.
Mage set requires 40 Def/Mag to equip and use
Range set requires 40 Def/Range to equip.

Penguin Hide and Seek

You can play this quest for XP or Gold.

Speak with Larry at Ardougne Zoo to start Penguin Hide and Seek.

World 60 is the unofficial Penguin Hide and Seek world.

You can gain extra points for harder to reach penguins after completing the COLD WAR quest.

To Spot a Polar Bear for an extra point you have to complete Hunt for Red Raktuber.

LIVING ROCK CAVERNS
Living Rock Caverns is the best mining spot for high level players with good stats in cooking, fishing, and mining (Lvl 77 for coal, Lvl 80 for Gold). Beware though, there are high level monsters such as Living Rock Protector, Striker, and Patriarch. The Living Rock Patriarch is level 200 and appears at random. If killed he drops 8 uncut diamonds, 3 runite ores, 125 Blood runes, 125 Mud runes, and Living Minerals.

H3ro Zero Log

This is a Log for lower Level characters.

H3ro Zero was formerly Will Tell1 who was made to be a pure ranger. That was back in the days when the Wildy was actually fun [**Sigh**]. I have since made him a member to bring some skills up.
NOTE: The Wildy has Returned in February 2011!!!

At level 61, I burnt 2 Tunas so I went back to cooking Salmon. RuneScape Wikia Claims that the no-burn level for tuna is 63.
Level 62 - Can cook Monkfish.

Note: Need to complete Family Crest to earn and they don't help you until lvl 68 where they help with Lobsters.

3-3-1-1 Worlds [World 99]
World 99 is the unofficial 3-3-1-1 world where teams cooperate to share tokens. Teams decide which color will win the first 3 altars then team 2 the next 3. Then first team wins 7th altar and 2nd team the eighth. To be fair, teams should switch who goes first as the 2nd team gains more Nature runes at the end of the game.
Earning Essence
On a 3311 world, for a 16 minute round [8 altars on Members, 2 minutes per round] you can gain 544 tokens. For slightly over one hour a player could gain 2176 essence.
Tokens can be exchanged for ess on a 1 for 1 basis or saved to get an Omnistaff or saved for runecrafting robes [4 items @ 1000 tokens each or 4000 for all 4].
Suggested Clothes and Inventory items
Bring Boots of lightness, spottier cape, and any runecrafting robes [minus hat] you have. You must have head uncovered [you get hat of team color when you join], and nothing in your hands [used for attracting and repelling wands]. In your inventory only bring runecrafting pouches.
Joining a Game
To join the Green team talk to the Wizard Acantha, and to join the Yellow team talk to the Wizard Vief. To be placed on a random team just talk to one of the normal Wizards.
Buying & Repairing Pouches
The Wizard Korvak sells and repairs pouches. This is a good way to buy pouches if you don't want to take the time to get these as drops from the creatures in the Abyss.

STAR MINING

Shooting Star Guide and Tip.It

Mine till you have 200 stardust in inventory.

Keep mining till the star breaks open then talk to the Star sprite. For 200 stardust I received Cosmic runes, Astral Runes, 50k gold, 20 gold ores and you get good mining exp plus the ability to mine extra ores for the next 15 minutes [see below].

Ourania Teleport to Craft Runes

Ourania Teleport is one of the Handy Lunar Spells.
ADVICE: Carry a Mud Battlestaff or Earth and 8 Astral and 4 Law runes. You usually make enough laws and astrals for every trip. I ended up banking some and kept the level to 8/4 all the time in my inventory.
HINT: Spirit Terrorbirds [Lvl 52 sum] can replenish your run energy.

Manage Thy Kingdom MiniGame

Manage Thy Kingdom MiniGame on Tip.it
Once you finish the quest Throne of Miscellania Quest you can do this cool MiniGame.
It allows you to gain resources such as coal, gems, maple logs, high level seeds, herbs, farm vegetables and fish for swordies and tuna. Great way to gain resources for an investment of about 75k a day.
ADVICE: You need to keep your daily balance at least to 750K to get the best return. I return about once a week and chop maples to get my approval rating up to 100% then go check with the adviser. I then put in at least 525K [75k x 7 days] to bring the coffer level to 1.275 M. That way there will be enough money in there till my trip next week.

NOTE ON ABOVE ADVICE: I now keep my Balance @ 7.5 million and go once a week and wear Fremennik sea boots [Approval rating Bonus See here] and put in 525k and mine coal [about 3 ores] to bring my rating up to 100 percent.

I put 525k in for one whole week and then return. The April 5, 2009 Collection was worth 544k, not to mention the herbs. It's worth it.
